Hello!!!!

Evening everyone!

Well I am happy to say my shoulder is much better. I have a lot more
movement in my arm, so I can now craft again.
I can't believe I have been out of action for a full week.

Tomorrow we are going to the NEC and I can't wait!

Today we took our Tabby to the vets to have his bits seen to!
He came home at 4 o'clock very groggy and did not know what to do with him self.
Poor baby!
When we went to pick him up the staff on reception were having a bit of a
joke with us about the size of him and the size of his b***s.
I don't think they have seen any so big before.
Anyway he his recovering nicely and is starting to sulk with us.
I can see when we let him outside tomorrow we might not see him for a while.

See you again soon.

Another Pergamango Card!

Oh I am getting to be a bad blogger these days!
There is just not enough hours in the day to get everything done
that I need to do.
I have spent the last couple of days preparing everything for my kits for
Saturdays workshop.
We are making a scrapbook in a tin, a round tin.

Last night we had to go and pick Kitty's ashes up and I felt a bit emotional
caring the little box. Her ashes came in a lovely little pot with a very sweet sympathy card.

Tonight we had to take Tabby to the vets as he has a few sores and lumps on his body.
So he had to have an injection and he was very good but he had wee and was soaked.
We tried to bath him we we got home, oh my word he is a strong puss, you should see the state
of my bathroom!
Once he had settled down he had a bowl of chicken and is now fast a sleep!
Ok for some hee hee.

Right now back to my card, I hope you like this one as I had great fun in creating it!
This is my second Pergamano card I have never done anything like this before.
We have a lovely lady called Doreen who shows how to do the Pergamano techniques
on a Monday and I really look forward to Mondays.

Right I am now off to do some shopping at Tesco's,
see you soon.

Thank You!

I just want to say a very big thank you to everyone who has left me a message after we lost Kitty last week.
I have to say I was very touched!

I would just like to share two pictures of my baby, Tabby
our other stray. He is about 16 months old and since Kitty has died he has taken to sleeping in the house at night and using the litter tray, to our surprise.
He has even taken over her new bed!

We are so glad we have him as the house would be so empty.
He loves to play and have lots of cuddles,
he is just like a baby.
He follows me everywhere, just like a dog!

I will be back soon with some crafting posts.

Kitty & Tabby!

Evening everyone!
Hope you all have had a good day.
The weather has been wonderful today, can't believe the change.
I have been busy making some cards which I will share with you all
over the next few days.

I took these two photos of Kitty & Tabby while the where sunning themselves
on the landing this afternoon.
They do not normally get this close to each other, so of
course I had to take some photos!

See you all tomorrow!

Aother Art Deco Lady & Tabby!

I thought you would like to see Tabby our other stray cat, this photo was taken a couple of weeks ago. We have had a good talk about him over the last few days and decided to keep him as part of the family. We could not part with him now, we love him too much!

Most of you know he was in a huge fight last weekend and he has not been himself all week. He had a slight eye injury which turned quite nasty by Thursday. So we phoned the vets yesterday and made arrangements to take him down this morning. Tabby has got a badly infected eye and paw so he had to have an injection of antibiotics and a course of tablets. The vet squeezed his eye and all this pus came out, it was horrible!
For a stray cat he behaved extremely well at the vets, I was so proud of him!
We also found out that he is only a year old.
When he has recovered the next step will be to have him seen to and get some pet insurance this time!

I could not resist doing another Art Deco lady card today!

Think I will get allot of use out of this CD.

Have a great day everyone!

Elegant Ladies!

Today's card is a pryamage card, elegant ladies.
Back paper is vellum.
Copper brads.

Kitty update!
She is doing ok, she is very steady on her feet and just eats
when she feels like it.
She only goes outside for a while now and again.

We had a right night last night with the cats. As some of you know we have another
cat called Tabby who is a part time visitor to our house. He is another stray
but he is a very young cat and he likes to be outside.
But last night about midnight we could hear a lot of yowling,
Tabby and another cat were having a huge scrap and we could do nothing about it as we could not get near them. After it was all over he came to our back door at about 1am this morning
in a right mess. He had got injuries to his eye, neck on both sides and his foot, so while we were looking after Tabby and cleaning him up Kitty wants to go outside.
So of she goes and does not come back for ages, Tabby is asleep on his cushion and
my white shirt is covered in blood.
So we did not get to bed until after 2.30am and I am now tired.
Tabby has visited us today and he is very subdued, poor thing I just hope he is ok.
