Edited Note
Thank you girls for all your lovely comments on this card!

It did not take to long to make, I just have fun creating until it looks how I want it to.
Transferring the labels to the card is quite easy, all I used was some Magic-Film. It's a low tack adhesive film used for masking, fixing brass stencils, transferring the negative section of peel offs and of course labels. The sheet is the size of a peel off sheet and you can re-use time and time again! Hope this helps everyone!

Back to school!

Well the day has finally arrived and Jake has gone back to school. I think he has been looking forward to this day. Doesn't he look smart in his new uniform? We had to have the traditional first day of school photo despite all the moans and groans! He has gone from a school which had about 400 children to a school with just over 2000, it's a large school!
Adele started college on Monday and she is doing a two year Art & Design course and I went back to work yesterday.

I am busy making my Christmas cards at the moment and I would like them all finished and ready to post on the 1st Dec Uk and Nov over seas.

Oh no it looks like it is going to rain yet again!

Have a good day!

Sisterhood of the Blogging Stampers #24

I have just joined Sisterhood of the blogging stamper group 24, check it out there are still places left to join.

So a little about myself for the other members to see, my name is Julie and I live in South Yorkshire UK. I am married to Kevin and we have four children, carl 23, Scott 20, Adele 17 and Jake 11. I have been into crafts of some sort for most of my life. I came across rubber stamping about sixteen years ago and I am totally hook. I also love scrapbooking which I have been doing for about three years. The crafting had to take a back seat for the last two years as I have had a craftroom built and finally moved in in October 2007. I am looking forward to spending lots of time in my new room.
I have taught cardmaking classes at shops and at home for over 5 years which I enjoyed. Now I am teaching card classes at school for parents and I do classes in peoples homes once a week.

Looking forward to getting to know my new sisters!

Julie

Our Robot!

As promised here is a photo of Jake with the robot we made last week while doing the family learning course at his new school.
We have two motors to make it move and a light in his red gun.
It was a fun week!

See you soon
